Which YouTube links are supported?

Our converter supports the following YouTube links:

• youtu.be/videoId

Please note: Live videos must have already stopped streaming before they can be converted.

Which formats are supported?

You can convert YouTube videos to MP3 or MP4 files.

Is there a maximum video length?

Yes. MP3 files can have a length of up to 240 minutes, while MP4 files are supported up to 30 minutes.

Is it possible to change the quality of the file?

No, this is not possible. MP3 files will always have a quality of 192 kbps and MP4 files 360p.

Where is the download saved after the download?

Please check your browser settings. There you will find your download directory.

Why am I receiving an error during conversion?

Please make sure that your video is not:
• age restricted
• only available with login (not publicly available)
• longer than the maximum supported length

If it's still not working, please send us the YouTube video link and the error code using our contact form.

Why am I no longer able to do conversions?

You have reached your daily download limit. Simply wait 24 hours and you can start again.
